- We provide highly trained regulatory administrators that know your processes. We ensure compliance for your organization that work around your schedule and provide constant communication with your team regarding questions, updates, and more.
- Our team provides proactive notifications (up to 5) that are sent to the employee or manager or other people (defined by you) when deadlines are approaching and follow up with people when things are not complete.
- Online forms, where possible, assist in making sure information is entered accurately and correctly and driver information is protected.
- We review documents from 3rd party sources for accuracy, completeness and audit readiness. If incorrect, Eclipse manages the process to ensure they are corrected.

U-Comply is a SOC 2 compliant, secure, safe and user-friendly technology that is set up to meet variable compliance needs. U-Comply is an essential piece of our delivery of radical process and compliance improvement.
U-Comply provides the flexibility to accommodate the full range of your compliance needs; you can include federal, state-specific, other regulatory bodies, and your own company compliance requirements.
U-Comply provides a user friendly interface for employee interaction to complete online forms, electronically view updated policies and digitally sign forms and acknowledgements, print forms that cannot be completed online or upload documents straight into the system.
U-Comply will also assist with tracking manual follow up when intervention is necessary such as answering a question, escalating when an employee goes noncompliant, calling a 3rd party such as a clinic when corrections are needed, reviewing a document, or scheduling a follow up to determine a return date of an employee on leave of absence. U-Comply will also track communications between parties to create a defensible record for you.
